Product Overview SuperVision provides computer operators, technical support personnel and system administrators a single-point tool to securely manage multi-platform systems. Managers using SuperVision can identify, evaluate, resolve and automate any task, event or response to any system problem on virtually every platform in the data center. Since it is an "outboard" solution, it is non-disruptive to data center operations. In brief, SuperVision facilitates comprehensive control of system-wide data center functions from a common, central, management location.
Note: In the following SuperVision FAQs, we refer to a PC with the coax cards as the server and all other machines as clients. This does not imply that an NT Server is required. An NT Workstation is sufficient for all functions with SuperVision operating as a server.
