What are the minimum hardware requirements for the host/server PC (processor speed, RAM, disk space, network cards, etc.)?
Any Pentium class PC or higher is sufficient to operate SuperVision. For optimal use, users should consider a Pentium III class machine. Under NT 4.0, a minimum of 64 meg of RAM is recommended. For optimal use, 128 meg is desirable. (With Windows 2000, a minimum of 128 meg is recommended.) The SuperVision footprint is less than 20 meg, however that can vary depending on the number and size of the logs you want to keep. While many SuperVision customers run on 2 gig drives, 6 to 8 gig drives are preferred. SuperVision can use any standard NIC card supported by the operating system. SuperVision supports IBM 3270 PCI cards, Attachmate 3270 PCI and ISA cards. IBM 3270 PCI cards are recommended because of their lower sensitivity to cabling issues.
What are the minimum software requirements for the host/server PC (operating system, network software, application software, etc.)?
The minimum software recommended is Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 4 or higher, Internet Explorer 3 or higher. As another option, any later versions of service packs of Internet Explorer, Windows 2000, Microsoft SAPI extensions (for speech) or SNMP services will also work.
What are the minimum hardware requirements for the access/client PC (processor speed, RAM, disk space, network cards, etc.)?
The client PC can be any PC capable of operating Windows 95/98/ME for SuperVision Lite, or operating Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP for Supervision Lite or SuperVision.

The client PC can operate either Windows 95/98/ME for SuperVision Lite, or operate Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP for Supervision Lite or SuperVision.
