Yes. Users can send voice messages, recieve keypad commands and record messages via Dialogic voice messaging cards.

Yes. Users can send pages via our "DIALPAGER" custom extension function in REXX.

Are there SuperVision functions or factors not covered in the other FAQs.

Yes. They are listed below.

  • SuperVision uses a Central User Database that provides a secure, central point of administration from which all User ID's, passwords, and privileges can be managed.
  • SuperVision has a built-in command scheduler that facilitates the automatic and repeated issuing of commands to any session running on SuperVision.
  • SuperVision has a centralized alert viewer that allows alerts from multiple systems to be viewed in a convenient, single window.
  • SuperVision provides a graduated level of access. Access levels stair step from none to read-only to command-restricted to write to full administrate access.
  • SuperVision Lite facilitates the distribution of a minumum footprint client for remote users with low capability machines, such as tech support staff with home computers or laptops.
  • SuperVision REXX can utilize plug-ins provided with SuperVsion or use those custom written by the customer to provide specilized and/or proprietary interfaces to the customer's own systems.

Are any new SuperVision functions under development?

Yes. Full socket support via custom REXX extensions will soon be available. SuperVision will provide the ability to communicate with any third-party product that accepts socket connections.
