Central User Database Security
SuperVision offers two unique features for operator access controls. First, connection level security, which specifies an individual and the system(s) he is allowed to access. As an example, the user may have access to MVS but not to UNIX. Once he gains access to the approved system, we then bring it to a more granular level,
offering command level security. The individual’s privileges will be specified, allowing options such as "read only", read/write authority, etc. This can be implemented on a command-by-command basis so that each user can be precisely limited in what commands they can enter.
