SuperVision’s Alert Manager provides immediate notification of alerts and enables the operator to securely and remotely connect to the target machine and resolve any problem. Alert Manager can be customized to accommodate geographic, application, operating system or functional needs.
SuperVision enables communication to a predetermined list of people, informing them that you have received the alert and which action you are taking. SuperVision goes even one step further and immediately connects back to the specified system, reviews current and past system conditions, and enables you to enter commands to reconcile any aberrant conditions. This all happens in seconds and enables quick resolution of any problem.
Alert Manager enables the user to acknowledge or re-route alert messages to someone else via email, SNMP, paging or dialogic voice system for action. With a click of the mouse, the person receiving this alert may connect back to the target console that generated the alert message for resolution or to forward the alert message.
